Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Lumivé website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. About Lumivé

Lumivé Wellness ('Lumivé', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is a premium concierge wellness service operating in the Philippines. We provide mobile IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), and related wellness services administered by qualified registered nurses and clinical professionals. Our services are delivered at client-nominated locations including private residences, hotels, and corporate venues.

2. Eligibility and Medical Suitability

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years and above. All clients are required to complete a pre-appointment health assessment and disclose relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and existing conditions. Lumivé reserves the right to decline or defer a service if, in the clinical judgement of our registered nurse, the treatment is not appropriate or safe for the client at that time. This decision is made in the best interests of client safety and is not subject to dispute.

3. Consultation Fee

A non-refundable consultation fee of ₱1,000 applies to all new client appointments. This fee covers the pre-appointment clinical assessment, travel to your nominated location, and the time of our registered nurse. The ₱1,000 fee is credited in full toward the cost of your first treatment, provided the treatment proceeds on the same visit. If treatment cannot proceed due to clinical unsuitability identified during the assessment, the consultation fee is retained to cover the clinical assessment and travel costs incurred.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking enquiry and clinical pre-screening. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the consultation fee. Lumivé reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to clinician availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases and will offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

5. Memberships

Lumivé membership plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis as described on our Memberships page. Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Lumivé reserves the right to modify membership inclusions, pricing, or terms with reasonable prior notice to members. Continued use of membership benefits after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days before the next billing date.

6. Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any treatment, clients are required to provide informed consent. This includes acknowledging that they have disclosed all relevant health information, that they understand the nature and purpose of the treatment, that they are aware of potential risks and side effects, and that they consent to the treatment being administered. Consent may be provided electronically through our booking process or in writing at the time of the appointment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lumivé's services are delivered by qualified registered nurses exercising professional clinical judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivé shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes arising from treatments where the client has provided accurate and complete health information and where the treatment was administered in accordance with accepted clinical standards. Lumivé does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual results vary and depend on a range of personal health factors.

8. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Lumivé's wellness services are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our services do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or specialist. Clients with existing medical conditions are encouraged to consult their treating doctor before engaging our services.
