Who administers the treatments?

All treatments are administered by licensed registered nurses (RN) with specialised training in IV therapy and wellness protocols. Our clinical team is vetted, insured, and trained to Lumivé's proprietary standards — The Lumivé Standard™.

Is IV therapy safe?

Yes, when administered by a qualified clinician. Before every session, our team conducts a pre-screening health assessment to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you. We use only pharmaceutical-grade ingredients sourced from accredited suppliers, and all equipment is sterile and single-use.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our online booking form at lumive.ph/book. A ₱1,000 consultation fee is required to confirm your appointment — this is fully credited toward your first treatment. What is the ₱1,000 consultation fee for?

The ₱1,000 consultation fee covers your initial health screening, clinician assignment, and appointment confirmation. It is not an additional charge — it is credited in full toward your first treatment. This ensures we can dedicate the right clinician and resources to your session.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure clinician availability. For same-day requests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full credit of the consultation fee toward a future booking. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always welcome with at least 12 hours' notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Maya, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards. Payment details are provided upon booking confirmation. Cash is also accepted.

The infusion itself is administered via a small IV cannula — most clients find it comfortable and use the time to rest, read, or work.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or allergies may affect your eligibility for specific treatments. Our pre-screening process is designed to identify any contraindications before your session. If you have a known condition such as kidney disease, heart failure, or are pregnant, please disclose this during booking so we can advise appropriately.

Membership tiers — Essential (₱9,900), Signature (₱19,900), and Founding Elite (₱49,900) — are designed for clients who want to make premium wellness a consistent part of their lifestyle.

Is there a minimum commitment for membership?

Memberships are billed annually. There is no lock-in beyond the initial membership period — you may choose not to renew at the end of your term. We do not offer monthly billing at this time.

Can I share or transfer my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable and are issued to a single named individual. However, Founding Elite members may gift a complimentary session to a guest each quarter — details are outlined in the membership agreement.

Can you come to my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Our concierge service is designed for exactly this. We regularly serve clients in hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnbs, and private residences. Simply provide your address during booking and we will confirm availability for your location.

Is there a minimum group size for corporate wellness?

Our corporate wellness programmes are available for groups of 5 or more. For smaller executive teams, our Executive Retainer programme offers a dedicated clinician on a recurring basis. Contact us at corporate@lumive.ph to discuss your team's needs.

Do you cater for events and conferences?

Yes. Our Event & Conference Wellness programme is designed for corporate events, product launches, and large gatherings. We can set up a dedicated wellness station or provide roving clinicians depending on the format. Enquire at least 5 business days in advance for event bookings.
