Lumivé Wellness is a registered nurse-led wellness service. We are not a medical clinic, hospital, or general practice. Lumivé does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescription services. Our services are wellness-focused and are designed to complement — not replace — the care of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of our website, submission of a booking enquiry, or receipt of a Lumivé wellness service does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The registered nurses and wellness practitioners at Lumivé are not your treating physicians. Any information shared during a Lumivé consultation or assessment is for wellness planning purposes only and does not constitute a medical opinion, clinical diagnosis, or medical advice.
3. Consult Your Physician
Before beginning any new wellness programme, intravenous therapy, supplementation, or health-related service, you should consult your licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider — particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medications, have known allergies, or have recently undergone surgery or a medical procedure. Lumivé services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Emergency Situations
Lumivé services are not appropriate for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, stroke symptoms, or any other life-threatening condition — call emergency services immediately (Philippines: 911) or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not contact Lumivé in place of emergency services.
5. Individual Results May Vary
Wellness outcomes vary between individuals and depend on a range of factors including health status, lifestyle, genetics, and adherence to recommended protocols. Any results, testimonials, or case studies referenced on our website or social media channels reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the same or similar outcomes for any other person. Lumivé makes no representation that any service will produce a specific health outcome.
6. Clinical Suitability
All Lumivé services are subject to individual clinical suitability assessment conducted by a qualified registered nurse prior to treatment. Not all services are appropriate for all individuals. Lumivé reserves the right to decline or defer any treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our registered nurse, the treatment is not appropriate or safe for you at that time. This assessment is a wellness screening and does not constitute a medical examination or clinical diagnosis.

8. Intravenous and Injectable Therapies
Intravenous (IV) therapy and injectable wellness treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, infection at the injection site, allergic reaction, vein irritation, and in rare cases more serious adverse events. All IV and injectable services at Lumivé are administered by qualified registered nurses following established clinical protocols. A pre-treatment assessment is conducted before every session. By proceeding with an IV or injectable treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the associated risks and consent to the procedure.
9. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a specialised wellness modality that involves breathing concentrated oxygen in a pressurised environment. HBOT is contraindicated for certain individuals, including those with untreated pneumothorax, certain ear or sinus conditions, some respiratory conditions, and those taking specific medications. A thorough clinical assessment is conducted before every HBOT session. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information to our clinical team prior to treatment.
10. NAD+ Therapy
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) therapy is an emerging wellness modality. While NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme, the clinical evidence base for IV NAD+ therapy continues to develop. Lumivé does not make therapeutic claims regarding NAD+ therapy. Any information provided about NAD+ on our website or during a consultation is for general wellness education only and should not be interpreted as a medical claim or treatment recommendation.
11. Weight Management
Lumivé's weight management programmes are wellness-focused and are designed to support healthy lifestyle goals. They are not a treatment for obesity, eating disorders, or any other medical condition. Weight management services should be undertaken in conjunction with, not in place of, advice from your treating physician or a registered dietitian. Individual results will vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivé Wellness, its directors, registered nurses, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on our website or through our services, your failure to seek appropriate medical advice, your failure to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment, or any adverse outcome that could not reasonably have been foreseen given the information available at the time of your assessment. This limitation does not exclude liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
